Legal Troubles of SpotemGottem 

• He faced a juvenile arrest on June 13, 2017. SpotemGottem was only 15 years old at the time. He was arrested by the St Johns County Authorities along with another teenager for suspicion of an alleged vehicle theft. According to the authorities, they found firearms which led to the concealed weapon charge along with grand theft auto. The conclusion of this case has not been made public. 
• SpotemGottem was arrested again on July 15, 2021 but this time by the US Marshals. They found him at the Aventura hotel. He was charged with aggravated assault with a firearm, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and accessory after the fact. SpotemGottem pleaded not guilty to all the charges and accusations. 
• This young rapper became the victim of a shooting incident on Interstate 95 in Miami, Florida. Specifically, it took place on September 17, 2021. The Florida Highway Patrol concluded that another vehicle opened fire on his vehicle. On the driver’s side of the car there were 22 bullet impacts. SpotemGottem suffered from multiple gunshot wounds to his legs and the driver was shot in the hip. After being taken to a hospital, they were reported as stable. The rapper got a lot of media attention due to this shooting incident. 
• Lastly, the North Miami Beach arrest three years ago is also a major highlight of his legal issues. SpotemGottem was driving a red Corvette vehicle when he was stopped by Miami-Dade police on July 18, 2023. However, he fled the scene and crashed into another vehicle. SpotemGottem was later found in a nearby shed. After the vehicle search, the police officers found a Glock 23 firearm. They also discovered 19 rounds of ammunition in a magazine. SpotemGottem was charged with fleeing, burglary, and firearm possession.
